Meet your instructor
Emma is a yoga instructor devoted to helping people come home to themselves. Having lived and trained in Japan, Indonesia, and Southern California, her work is shaped by a global perspective and a trauma-aware understanding of the nervous system.
Her teaching weaves together embodied yoga, somatic principles, and breath-led regulation — creating space to soften, reconnect, build resilience, and return home to yourself and the world around you.
She believes healing isn’t found in pushing harder, but in learning how to slow down, listen deeply, and reset from within.
